Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip, and Pecan Cookies

These cookies were made from a recipe from cooking light. My daughter Taki, Cheryl and I love them.

They taste as though there were toffee in them.

Below is Taki enjoying some of the ingredients sans cookie

Next time you're baking cookies, please make 2,000 of them, or more, in order to have an adequate supply for neighbors and friends. And there's that girl Taki again. Interesting name. What country is she from? Does she speak English? She obviously likes baking cookies, so maybe that's why you keep her around. Do you make her do the dishes afterward?

If I were to bake 2000 cookies, I would likely include a bit more peanut butter in the mix.

Taki is japanese for waterfall. It's a nickname based on a character from the game soul caliber. Nobody knows the origin of the nickname but me,.. and now you.
